Store F.A.Q.

Where is your store located?

We do not have a "brick and mortar" storefront that's accessible to the public--just available online and at certain events.
Can I shop in person?

We do not formally offer this option, however we can make arrangements to get what you need via our pick-up bin or a scheduled appointment.
Do you accept exchanges or refunds?

Yes, we want you to be happy with your purchase! Currently, the best way to initiate this process is to email our store manager: heather@enoriver.org
I don't live in Durham--can you ship to me?

Yes! We ship domestically via USPS, UPS, and Fedex and provide a tracking number once the order is fulfilled.
Do you offer a local pick-up option?

Yes! We have a self-serve pick-up bin located on the second-level back porch of our office; it is accessible to the public and available 24/7.

I'm not physically able to use stairs--can I still place an order for pick-up?

Yes! Email us directly and we will gladly arrange a lower-level location that works for your accessibility needs.

The item I'm looking for is sold out or unavailable in the size/color I prefer--when will you have more in stock?

Although we don't have a regular reprint schedule, we always have production plans and design ideas "in the works" with local manufacturers and artists. We are very interested to know what our customers want to see available in the store, so shoot us an email!
